has over 20 years of experience in tax and audit matters in the Inland Empire, and
has expert knowledge in agribusiness, construction, and government. He has worked
on innumerable valuation matters in the context of estate planning and succession,
tax compliance and controversy, and marital dissolution. Todd is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the California Society of
Certified Public Accountants. Further he is an active Rotarian, and the Treasurer of
the Estate Planning Council of Pomona Valley.

and fraud-related litigation in Southern California for over 20 years. He is a fraud
specialist, with credentials as a certified public accountant, certified fraud examiner,
and licensed attorney. He represents clients in relation to financial/fraud litigation,
shareholder and partnership disputes, purchase and sale controversies, creditors'
rights & bankruptcy, fraudulent transfer, and similar claims. His specialties include
acquisition, reconstruction, analysis, and presentation of financial records and other
evidential material for use in legal proceedings, as well as full-scale investigations in
the corporate and government sectors.
