Todd C. Landry, CPA

Todd is the Director of Valuation Services and a partner in Eadie and Payne LLP. He
has over 20 years of experience in tax and audit matters in the Inland Empire, and
has expert knowledge in agribusiness, construction, and government. He has worked
on innumerable valuation matters in the context of estate planning and succession,
tax compliance and controversy, and marital dissolution. Todd is a member of the
American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, as well as the California Society of
Certified Public Accountants. Further he is an active Rotarian, and the Treasurer of
the Estate Planning Council of Pomona Valley.

David Wall, JD, CFE

David is the Director of Forensic Services. He has practiced in the field of financial
and fraud-related litigation in Southern California for 22 years. Mr. Wall is a fraud
specialist, with credentials as a certified fraud examiner and licensed attorney. Mr.
Wall represents clients in relation to financial/fraud litigation, shareholder and
partnership disputes, purchase and sale controversies, and business
loss/interruption claims. His specialties include acquisition, reconstruction, and
analysis of financial records, and full-scale fraud examinations in the corporate and
non-profit sectors.
